Join us for an engaging 90 minute Parent & Me Workshop designed to encourage meaningful conversations and strengthen communication between youth and their trusted adult 

What to Expect
❋ Age 8-12: Healthy Friendships

Youth and their parent or guardian will participate in an age- appropriate discussion about:

  • What makes a healthy friendship

  • Setting healthy boundaries

  • Postive communication

  • Recognizing supportive friendships

❋ Age 12-18: Healthy Relationships

Teens and their parent or guardian will explore:

  • Characteristics of healthy relationships

  • Respect, trust, communication, and consent

  • Healthy Boundaries

  • Building self-confidence and making positive relationships choices

Duration:1.5 hours

Parents and guardians are welcome to remain present throughout the workshop and participate in the discussion.
